The room was nice and big, clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a pocket door for the water closet. Checking in the staff had no idea which room I was assigned to or whether or not there was a bathtub in the room. She appeared lazy and not too helpful.

Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg
This place isn't terrible but there are a few things that need improvement. The shower turned into a bath quickly because the drain was stopped up. John was great. However, the dates shown were not ours. We stayed Feb.19-21. Which may explain how the cabin was doubled booked yesterday.
