"We stayed here the night we landed in Japan. Really handy to the airport and the staff were great. Had a lovely time in the onsen in the morning before heading off to Tokyo. Waking up to all the mature trees was a great bonus. Parts of the hotel seemed fairly tired but nothing that worried us. "

"The reception and main areas of the hotel were beautiful but our room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard- the bed head shelves were very dusty & the bathroom walls had some dirty flecks. It was a very convenient location with an excellent shuttle bus service to/from the airport but it was disappointing that the limited pool opening hours weren’t printed on the leaflet we were given at check in. We promised our kids a morning swim before we would need to check out but the pool wasn’t...

"It is an older inn which was clean and economical. Close to the airport and the free shuttle is a plus. A great place to rest up before you catch your flight out. No frills, just basics. "

"Its not too close to narita but they provide shuttle service. Just if you miss one you have to wait a few hours. Furniture dated but we had fun at the california bar. That bartender was so amazing. "

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."
