I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. We were pleased with all of it and will be returning "

"Exquisite little boutique hotel located in the quiet neighbourhood of Kensington Park and Hyde Park. Take a morning stroll in the park is only five minutes away. Attentive and friendly hotel staff with nicely remodelled room though a bit less spacious. Would definitely be back for a larger room. "

"We booked a club double room, which was perfect for ourselves. It was of a adequate size and a great ensuite shower. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but in, part of the hotel opposite. (Just over the road) but with the same standard. The room was clean, quiet and it had everything in it we needed and more, even a Microwave! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, so we could explore further. The hotel is perfectly situated approx 7 mins walk from Paddington station, and with a few small restaurants and convenience stores around if needed. "

"After staying in hostels for 2 weeks walking into this place was such a pleasure specially with my room with such cold AC. Anyway, the property is nice. The room was great. The shower might be a little tiny, but that’s such a nitpick Also, my flight got delayed by a day. I went to the front desk to see if I could get my room for another day, but they said I would have to rebook on Expedia to get another night there, but the woman at front deck got me into another room 30 minutes later once the confirmation came through on their end instead of waiting a couple hours for check in. Much love to her for that! The walk of Paddington is literally around the corner so getting off or on Elizabeth line or Heathrow express is a breeze. Would definitely stay here if I’m in London again"
