"We stayed over night after flying in from Thailand. Booked a family room with three beds. Our first room had a broken AC but the staff was able to move us and the second room was fine. The hotel is pretty basic and in the heart of Old Hanoi. It had everything we needed. It’s a bit dated but in a quirky, cool way and we were perfectly content. The staff are kind and welcoming. Would stay again. "

"My partner and I stayed one night in Hanoi and it was fine for 1 night. I will say the room is a bit smaller but it was doable for 3 people. The room condition was fine. Just the bathroom had some mildew most likely due to humidity. Overall, the staff were very kind and gave us a small gift when we checked out. I would stay again for 1 night if needed."

"La Siesta Premium Hang Be was the best hotel we stayed at in Hanoi. After our trip to another part of Vietnam we stayed at a different hotel when we came back to Hanoi. We wish we would have stayed at La Siesta Hang Be again. The service/staff members were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the best we had during our time around Vietnam.
