"The hotel stay was satisfying but the booking in was a nightmare, the hotel had no knowledge of my booking and could not find it on your website, we were made to wait in the reception looking rather embarrassed in front of all the other guests that were booking in whilst they endeavoured to find us two rooms that met our requirements, eventually it was all sorted but not without sum trepidation as to wether we would get our rooms"

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"An excellent place to stay for either business or a city break. Only 15 mins walk from the station, easy walk to loads of sights and places to eat and drink. The staff were always lovely and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, a good size and modern. They had filtered drinking water refills on every floor. The air on options were limited by the front desk but there was a handy WhatsApp which they replied to quickly and released extra controls in the room, took 5 mins. The bed was...
