Clean, lack of amenities in the room (could be coincidence and not consistent so take that with a pinch of salt). Location is good, staff helpful. Definitely good value for Birmingham.

Staff were amazing, room wasn’t the cleanest but all good. Had breakfast on the first morning after being told about it at check in, and for £30 for two people it was very poor and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Overall a good stay though. Lift maybe needs some maintenance.

Hotel location was ideal for the purpose and proximity to Millennium Point. The only complaint I had with the hotel was the room was small for a double which resulted in hitting my toes on bed when walking around bed to bathroom etc..
