"The room was upgraded (for a fee) on arrival. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable but we weren’t there to stay in the room so we weren’t overly concerned. There were also numerous stains on the carpet. The tap in the kitchen sink was badly fitted and wobbled around terribly. Considering it is a rather new building, there were a few rough around the edges bits. But the location was brilliant for where we wanted to go. The staff were really helpful too, and we were never disturbed, it was quite quiet...

"Great for nightlife eating out and entertainment all easily close by. Disappointed now no pool available. Might be an idea to do a deep clean room by room..as shower was showing signs of rushed cleaning. "

"Samuel hotel is nice hotel located close to the 3 Arena. Very modern and the staff very friendly. Parking is about 5 mins away so u will have to drag your suitcases down the street. Parking is 20e from 3pm on day of arrival to 2pm next day. Located next to LUAS stop so easy to get around the city. Check out is earlier than most hotels it’s 11am so not ideal. For the elevators u must scan keycard and select floor and it will tell u what elevator take- there are no buttons inside the elevator so...

"Very nice hotel, comfortable and very conveniently located, we walked all over the city easily. The rooms are clean and comfortable (the beds are a bit higher than average 😊). The hotel opened only in mid-march 2024. The staff is nice and welcoming and very international. A very nice find! "

"Hotel is doing renovations, but still an excellent stay. The staff is very polite and informative, very helpful with planing tours or day trips. The bar and restaurant was also excellent. We definitely would stay here next time in Dublin. "
