"Property was very good for families, the grounds were beautiful and kept well, we had a wonderful time, lots to do for kids! Only downside was some of the staff got things muddled up and had made it seem as if we were lying about restaurant bookings. The booking system for the a la carte restaurants was not so great, only worked at a certain time if that, and it always said fully booked. The food at the main restaurant seemed to be similar for each night we stayed there which was a bit boring....

"Staff doesn’t speak English, even if you have a complaint they don’t understand you. There is no supervision in the cafeteria or around the pool area. The room cleaning is very sloppy, they even forgot to change the bedsheet. When you call for something they are not responsive. The food in the cafeteria is not the best and a lot of flies all over. The facility is not bad but the service is horrible for a five star hotel."

"Beautiful resort especially the main floor reception area. It’s clean and spacious. There’s lots of comfortable seating. The Turkish bath with the scrub and massage was excellent. The pool although big was very cold. It would have been nice if it was a bit heated. The buffet has a lot of options but repetitive for lunch and dinner. The only thing I found was that the entertainment was not the best. We were there for 5 days four nights and the same performer repeated her performance on two of...

"The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area."
