The toilet was dirty first of all and wouldnt flush right, and my door literally BROKE OFF it's hinges and hit me and my cousin on the head and hand, staff still refused to change us until we complained about 6 times and after fhat they legit lied and said I never submitted a complaint to the reception. Other guest had issues with their rooms too, all the other inclusive stuff besides the pool, shuttle to fhe beach and buffet aren't actually inclusive. Spa, hairdresser, and refreshments outside of the buffets like coffee, ice cream and even drinks like mocktails are a far away dream. Don't go here if you want your vacation to be a good one trust me

Staff were kind but we had a mishap on the first day. They needed to put us up in a lower tier hotel. You’ll need to manage expectations if you’re used to Mexico style all inclusives. Otherwise the food was decent. The gym was bare bones. English is not a dominant language. Worth staying if you’re in Antalya for whatever purpose. The process of obtaining a beach towel is a bit absurd, requiring a 10 Euro deposit. Beach area was a bit far from the hotel complex but a pleasant walk in any case by the boardwalk. Location is probably the best in the city. It’s about a 5 minute taxi to the old city or a 35-40 min walk along the boardwalk.

A merely 3 stars hotel

The hotel is old, and it’s not a 5 stars hotel, mostly 3 with a pool. The staff is friendly. The room service will pass by your room and if you had the do not disturb sign they will never comeback even if they passed a 10. We left the room no later than 10 but they didn’t clean it for 2 times during our stay. The breakfast buffet is very poor, coffee is bad and the juices are powder not natural. Don’t use the pool because you will get a skin rash. The worst thing is the elevator, you spend at least half an hour of your day waiting for it. Believe me I’m not exaggerating.

Best hotel building with low quality meal

Worst breakfast ever had and not satisfied at dinner I would say the hotel building and utilities are probably one of the best even it was built at 1990! Would be better if hotel management invest more on kitchen

Room was clean but bed like a rock very hard and uncomfortable, my son and I did not have a restful sleep only painful backs. Food limited mostly vegetables although good if you want to slim down, not good for a fussy eater, not much snacks before meals.

Please stay away from this horrible hotel. The staff should not be working with humans and the hotel is in a bad condition. Stay safe. The hotel owner is a very bad guy. They destroyed our holiday.
