"Beautiful, clean, comfortable and friendly "

"Lovely hotel apartment. The only thing i would say is on a safety point of view. My 4 year old woke up in the night at 1.10am, confused (as didnt know where he was) and when he went looking for us, he actually went out the main door to the corridor and up the stairs (we were on the first floor). It wasnt until we heard him crying through the walls that we shocked awake and went looking for him. The night receptionist, was on and heard what had happened, but our son went up the stairs so...

"The TV wasn't working properly. We were disturbed by the fire alarm going off, fortunately not that early in the morning."

The Lakeside Bar area was very nice with a vast selection of spirits including alcohol free cocktails and bottled beer/cider. We went to the “Allo Allo” dining experience which was fab. "Fabulous country hotel in an idyllic village setting. Room was very comfortable and well appointed; decor was fresh and stylish. Bar area was full of character and ‘old world charm’. Restaurant had a great ambiance and the food was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful and helped make our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely return to stay here again!"
