"We loved our stay at this property. It's a ground floor cottage fronting onto Morecambe bay and it is super peaceful, the views are amazing as the sea comes in and out, and the bird-watching opps are brilliant. Sparrow hawk swept through the garden, oyster catchers, plovers and others were in the bay. The cottage is lovely at a basic level so don't expect great luxury. That suited us fine. "Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"
