Staff were amazing.Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was huge 2 bathrooms 2 king beds and well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to everything. Would recommend.

Would definitely use again. This was a really spacious well appointed apartment. Easy to find with online check in and easy to operate security for the block and individual flats. Very close to reasonably priced car park St Wilfrid's £8 for 24 hrs Close to Costa, Café Nero and Sainsburys and Tesco locals. Particularly liked the distinctive décor, the considerate touches such as fresh milk in the fridge, sachets of hot chocolate and sweets. Up market White Company toiletries Only downside was that it was just off the high street - Fishersgate which was empty and a bit eerie once the shops shut. Not worth opening the blinds as the view was of office and shops

This property is lovely and charismatic within a few steps to the town centre. The decoration is appealing to the eye and welcoming. However the same cannot be said about the property manager. Very poor communication skills, inpatient dealing with guests and lacks the class to be a front house host. Great contrast between the property itself and the manager.
