"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"

"We booked this apartment for a family trip, location was spot on however, We stayed on the 3rd floor so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs. Sofa is very uncomfortable and had the worst night sleep due to the noise outside from nightlife and seagulls 3am plus very noisy."

"We had a very nice stay at Innovation House, we were there for the football with Turf Moor being really close. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. Communication with the host was excellent. Our only criticism was there wasn’t any soap/liquid soap in the bathroom and as a result we had to use our shower gel to wash our hands."

"It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"Property itself is beautiful! Spacious living area with high ceilings very minimal with lots of storage space if needed. Nice location and perfect outdoor area with lots of plants and green space. The hot water didn’t last longer than 5 minutes in the shower and was onlyX2 towels which wasn’t ideal. "
