Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "Great location on the beach and easy access to everything you need . Everywhere was very clean. Spacious room but dated decor. We also overlooked the building work in the neighbouring hotel and patio doors not particularly sound proof. Did have a sea view from balcony which was great. Lots of wardrobe and draws plus free safe and aircon. Bathroom more modern. Pool area is spacious and not issue getting beds. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices to accommodate all. "From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"Very modern decoration and spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly reception team and made to feel very welcome. Only slight blemish is that we didn't find the mattress in the main bedroom particularly stand-out, though to be fair it's absolutely more than adequate. We'll be back!"

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."
