"Outstanding Apartment and we had the smallest. Struggled to use the AirCon and oven but after speaking to reception, not a worry, they came upstairs and sorted it. Any other hotel would just give you instructions and leave you to it so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being bothered. Always 2 staff on in the busy periods, can't stand waiting, so again, another winner! Beautifully decorated and fitted out. Home away home. 😍"

"Easy parking in the NCP carpark 2 minutes away which was very secure. 15 minute walk to the arena, 20 minute walk to the city centre. Lots of options for eating out. The room was perfect for a base - smaller than expected, but this was fine as we only needed somewhere to sleep after the concert. Room was immaculate, bed incredibly comfortable, smart tv and bottled water in the room, great size bath towels, shower was great. Overall, highly recommended, we will definitely be back for our next...
