There is a woman who works on reception and was also serving in the restaurant at one point, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. "Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel.
