"When I pulled up and saw the old motel style with room doors directly on the outside, I wasn’t hopeful. BUT the room was super clean and the front desk was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We had special requests they weren’t able to accommodate, however, instead of just saying “sorry, that’s the way it is”, Michael (the clerk) brainstormed and came up with an alternate solution which did the trick. I loved the can-do attitude. For family vacation on a budget, I highly recommend Hotel Estes!"

"This was my first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very nice although the bathroom was a little small but served its purpose. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was just that - continental - and just fine for the casual traveler.
