"This property is rustic, some dirt surfaces, about a mile to downtown, no elevator, food was great! Staff were always eager to assist us , family run. We’ll definitely be back."

"Jenna’s B n B is a special place on the outskirts of Panajachel. If you like rustic, eclectic and scenic spots this will work for you. The food they serve is superb and the manager, Ivan, and staff are not only good at what they do, they are wonderful people!! I had a lovely stay."

"Self check-in and out makes the service a little impersonal, but I get the gist behind it. The property itself is fairly new and clean. There is a need for more parking. Surrounding neighbourhood leaves a lot to be desired, but that is not the fault of the business. We did not necessarily feel unsafe and they do have 24 hour security on the premises. I would probably stay there again."
