"Very nice hotel overall. A little disappointing that the “view” out of the windows was an inner rooftop area of blank walls. Also, small things such as a cheap coffee maker in the room and no shower lotion soap, just bar soap. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the lobby is very nice. "

"Everything was perfect except the noise. I think if they have a double pane window that would be a lot more quiet. You can hear people talking on the street ( if your room is in the street side) But other than that staff were awesome, very helpful and polite. They room condition is also great. "Excellent, few steps to metro, tram and train, 15min walk to city center, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, comfy beds, big room, the area is not as nice to the city center, but is safe and a lot of supermarkets, and conveniently located. "Besides the usual hit and miss of the service based roles, this was an excellent location and hotel to stay in for the pricing at the time of booking. The room was clean with fresh air available, cleaned daily to a good standard. A beautiful bar but the service there was dependant on the staff member on duty. Gym for some reason doesn’t open til 7am, and steam room / sauna require request to be switched on. The breakfast is well above average and the restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive and proactive. All in all a great stay only marred by some inconsistent customer service in various departments. "
