"Property in great condition, pool and fire pit great, being near the beach was nice. The power outlets didn’t work initially, front desk was notified and it was fixed fast. Tv remotes had no batteries, once front desk notified it was fixed. Great parking, safe area. "

The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. We highly recommend staying there. We are considering a summer visit and hope the cottage is available if we do."

"Wonderful place to stay for anyone who loves flower gardens, horses. & beautiful views into the nature reserve. Right next to Chincoteague Island Park. Breakfast made fresh daily & delivered to the room. Heated enclosed pool and jacuzzi. Clean , well decorated rooms with nice bathroom. "

"This was our second time staying here, with our first being during the summer. The cottage is very clean and overall quite pleasant with a location perfect for bicycling into town and to the beach. However, this cottage really needs heat if it is to be rented during the cooler months. The owner did provide a portable heater at our request, which did warm the place, but was very noisy. Would stay again but only in the warmer weather. "

"We get together once a year, 5 guys, to hang out, catch up, shoot skeet, target shoot and fish. We do this at a different location every year. This location worked out great. It was private, allowed shooting and had enough room to sleep 5. We would use this cabin again!"

"We stayed at the Waterside in for three nights (Tuesday-Friday) in late April. Check-in was easy, with friendly staff. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely view of the marsh and the harbor beyond. Our main complaint was their way of doing breakfast. There's no buffet; when you go to the lobby, you are offered two choices, usually waffles or a breakfast sandwich or eggs/sausage. They make it for you and serve it to you. But there's little else.
