"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"I stayed on the 3rd floor...no lift! Room was a good size. Bathroom was a tad shabby and there was no plug, not good for people like me who wear contact lenses!. Only one iron and board to share with all the other rooms! Its very convenient to Earls Court tube but unfortunately its right by a busy main road thats noisy right through the night. Bed wasn't particularly great. No Air con or fan."

"As a woman, I recommend the 6 or 8 female bed dorms. Don't stay in the mixed dorms. A man tried getting in bed with me, then, when I kicked him out, he got in a bed with a guy who would have none of it! I liked Megan's Cafe nearby and trying out the Holland Opera which is next door. Great Charity Shops nearby! I walked to the hostel all hours of the night, safely, with no problems."
