"Couldn't have a better location for walking. It's also a quick cab ride to Heathrow (30 minutes). Staff was very friendly and attentive, no complaints at all. Overall the hotel could use an major upgrade...the rooms (at least mine) was extremely dated and also the hallways. The main dining room area was in excellent condition and updated. I also thought the breakfast was fantastic...I saw others complain about it but it was great and free (i'm also a picky eater btw). I didn't like...
