"The AC didn’t work on arrival so we reported it. On return that eve they said fixed. It wasn’t but we gave benefit of the doubt a persevered. At 1.30am we moved rooms and all our stuff. Very inconvenient but night staff were excellent and refunded partial room rate for that night which we thought was fair. Just a shame it wasn’t dealt with upon first report.
