"Check in was easy and my room was already available. Staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and suitable for my needs. The building is old and showing it, but very clean and looked after. My only concern was that the mortar between the bathroom tiles is breaking up and needs attention. "

I love the location as it is walkable to many attractions and it is close to Oxford train station so I can even explore nearby cities. Special mention to Wendy from Holiday Inn Express as she has definitely make me feel very welcome and share nice tips on mcr city. "

"Another brilliant stay at the Pendulum Hotel! Lovely room and kind helpful staff! Due to it being a Friday night it was a little bit louder than the previous 2 nights but it was very comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom was spotless however the shower was a little tricky to figure out due to it being attached to the bath faucet. Highly recommend the classic double room! The hotel is in a great location, just a five minute walk from Piccadilly station and a 15/20 minute walk from deansgate! Bar on...

"we stayed here for the laughterama comedy festival at castlefield bowl and it was perfect. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. "
