"This property has a real homely feel and makes you feel relaxed straight away. We were staying primarily to attend a family wedding but the house enabled us plenty of space to spread out relax and have a nice weekend break too. The beds were extremely comfy and the house was spotlessly clean. We would love to return at some stage. The hosts were friendly and helpful to show us around when we arrived, even down to having the log burner lit and welcoming!"

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful location. Overlooking Horses in front of property and Sheep behind, surrounded by Countryside. Great central location for visiting Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon and Leamington spa. Owner was very friendly and greeted us on arrival to check all was well. "

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"We stayed here for a family trip and had the best time! It was a perfect house for the large group of us. One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. We had young children with us and there was plenty of activities/toys available for them to use as well as lovely grounds to explore!"

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"A quick walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Arena but far enough away you don’t get the crowds and noise which is exactly what we wanted. Really friendly staff and room was clean and spacious!"
