My wife and I attended the Elbow concert at the LG Arena on Saturday 5 April and wanted the convenience of a nearby hotel. We found the Arden on the internet and booked our overnight accommodation at the same time as we booked our concert tickets well in advance of the event and were delighted that our choice exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived we found a friendly atmosphere and each member of staff made us feel welcome. Our check-in was quick and efficient, the room was spacious and comfortable and above all it was quiet, enabling us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was at a civilised time allowing us to have a leisurely start to the day and the Continental breakfast had a wide variety of food and drink to choose from. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to and from the Arena in a matter of minutes. This all added to a memorable night out and we would not hesitate to recommend the Arden to our friends and family.

Great hotel, right next to Solihull shopping centre and very close to NEC. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and courtesy pool and sauna. Would definitely go back.

Stayed at the ramada from frid til sunday i was surprised how nice the hotel and staff were right nexto all the shops and pubs will stay there again

Stayed here before Crufts with small dog. Most welcoming, a new or newly refurbished room overlooking the garden and woodland. Very peaceful and relaxing and good to see free wi-fi for a change. A good find and will stay here again if we are in the area.
