"Was quite a distance from the airport (35 minutes) no traffic 5AM. It is a marvel of hotel with services that are non existent to North America. People are smiling and not like cruise ships they are not waiting for a tip to be helpful. We lost our direction and asked a stranger for a store which my white was looking for,well this lady took her time and showed us the way and walked with us plus with a smile. Well I can say clean,clean,smiling staff,safe ,you feel secure. "

"Staff were extremely friendly and always available to offer help. No expectations of tips etc so there was feeling of pressure in that respect. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Children slept of a comfortable sofa bed. The only downside for our stay was the reception area/ Lobby was under construction so there was rubble outside the hotel and the feel when you walk in was somewhat taken away. "Hotel looks very nice when you come in, the area is not very nice, specially if you arrive late at night. We went to get food, kind of sketchy neighborhood. The carpet on the bedrooms was stained, and it didn't looked like it has been vacuumed very well. It was a one night stay, and we were tired. Breakfast was ok, eggs were super runny, and it was quite messy, but it was a busy buffet, so, it was kind of to be expected. The front desk when we checked out was super helpful with calling us a taxi...

"If you are looking for an easy access stay to the airport and train station its a good choice. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and informative, theres a mall attached to the hotel which was convenient. You can catch a petite taxi easily to other city locations such as the the hasan 2 mosque which also has a larger mall 2 minutes away from it. and the hotel staff booked airport dedicated taxi for me for 4 am and Iam very grateful. "Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm .
