Room was in poor condition, a bit run down and carpet seemed dirty. Stains on bedsheets. Zero soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, same for shower gel/shampoo in shower. My bathroom door didn’t close (I was staying by myself so no major issue there). When I got there my sink wouldn’t drain, although when I complained they quickly sent someone to fix it. Staff seemed nice and were helpful. My room was facing the street so it was very noisy in the daytime, luckily at night it quieted down and I was able to sleep with earplugs in.

Good address to relax due to nice attitude staff.

I stayed at Campanile Hotel 10days during my business trip. I would like to say my special thanks to Housekeeper-Mrs.Naima, Security-Mr. Samir and Mr.Abdurrahim and ladies at front desk who showed their hospitality, assistance and cooperation during my stay. I will prefer to stay again at the Campanile for my next trip because of these well educated, nice staff.

The hotel facilities are in very good shape. I'm downgrading because of the lackluster service: - no room ready for check-in at 14:10, citing official check-in time at 15:00 - not enough towels in the room (and telephone broken so that I had to go downstairs to ask for more) - the heaters for the sausages/potatoes/etc. of the breakfast menu had run out of fuel so that they were only lukewarm; after pointing it out, they were replaced only slowly so that we didn't get hot items for the breakfast - no toilet brush in the room and toilet bowl not cleaned by housekeeping either - stored luggage kept openly next to the reception desk without even pretending they're keeping an eye on it

Good clean hotel

Good clean hotel. Easy to get to, it is about a 15minute walk from the main train station, Casa Voyageur. Easy to find as the tramline is in front of the hotel, so just follow the tramline! Room was comfortable, breakfast good.
