The highly professional staff whom provided wonderful hospitality. The dinning buffet is pricy but worth the experience. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet team (Mouna and others) made me feel like royalty each day. I cannot express enough how welcome I was way made to feel, from the front desk agents, to Saad/Hamid the concierge, and the dinning room team. This Hilton property has become my first choice in Casablanca.

Great place in Casablanca

Grand Mogador City Center in Casablanca was a delightful surprise during my short stay. The hotel's elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made for a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning views of the city. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Overall, Grand Mogador City Center exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.

The Hotel is actually good, but the service was not that great. Beside that my room wasn't really ready at the beginning, such as missing towels, a empty mini bar and leftover from the guest before. The receptionist where friendly and always helpful. The only negative point is that the breakfast with 26euro is to expensive. I mean to be honest, its Morocco and not New york. If its would be 16euro, would be acceptable.

This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was completed. When we got to the room, it was lovely, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative bedroom was too small for our group. We asked instead for a replacement bed to be brought to the room. This process took far longer than expected. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and being told someone was on the way, no one arrived. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to follow up. In total, we waited about an hour for the bed to be brought up. Since this happened late at night, it was especially frustrating, as we were exhausted and ready to sleep but couldn’t until the issue was resolved. On a more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was so good that we ended up eating there twice. I arrived with no plans and was thrilled to meet the team who did everything to make sure that everything i hoped for, happened and well! From Ramses who met me at the car to Sara and others at the front desk and Ismael, the concierge, EVERYONE was wonderful. I truly felt like the goal was to make my stay as unforgettable as possible. Ismael was able to help with transportation and my next hotel and little things like finding a charger. He is GREAT at his job, both kind and generous with his time. Yusef was the driver to Marrakesh and he was fantastic too, super accessible and responsive. He really went out of his way to make sure i saw what i wanted. My room was great, the hotel is beautiful and with the incredible service, I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Grand Mogador in Casablanca.
