Im not a picky person. The property is 3 star not 5 star. Bare necessities only. The rooftop was not maintained. Gym was the size of a closet. Had to reprogram our room keys each time we returned to hotel which was frustrating not being able to get in your room. Breakfast was fine and varied. Although advertised, no mini bar Just an empty fridge.

Staff was amazing, I spilled some cheese and took a towel to clean it up, I had another small towel that had makeup on it, im a black girl...I was charged 45.00 USD for the towels, I was confronted with another towel that had some red juice or something on it as well, it wasn't mine but I didn't want to cause a scene so I took that charge too, I didn't stay my remaining day, I left and checked into the FOUR SEASONS!
