This could have been a 5 star experience but we don’t enjoy the breakfast. It was the same exact thing every single day. Not buffet style. 1 boiled egg 1 croissant and 1 bread. One day they had a fruit and we requested a second bowl because there was three of us and they said they gave us enough fruit in the bowl for the three of us and they were upset about us wanting more fruit. Other than other place is very clean. And also very beautiful in person. The pillows were very comfortable. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but everything was so clean.

The lady room service are very nice was a clean room, the helper in the breakfast room are very nice too... Need some cleaning mostly outside the hotel but the inside are presentable n nice decor... second time to stay in the hotel .

First of all, some of the hotel’s staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel entrance looks great and the hallways look decent. But the room has dirty floor and a stale smell. We had a room facing the street that was quite noisy. The hotel has a section of the street in its front for parking. But it can fill up quickly.

The property was in the medina. It was brightly painted and the man at reception was helpful. There were 3 beds of varying sizes in our room. It also had a huge balcony to enjoy the evening. The shower was remarkable. Internet worked well. We arrived early evening and left for dinner. It was the only time in our trip we felt unsafe. One man was harrassing us, thankfully locals intervened, allowing us to escape. The hotel was well lit. Breakfast had both omlets and gard boiled eggs, fresh OJ, tea and coffee, as well as pastries.

Closed to CTM bus station

Over all. It's nice hotel. The location is good, very closed to CTM bus station and Local markets. Breakfast was good enough bread, pastry, olives, boiled egg, tea, coffee. However I saw left over breads were reused for another guests. I don't want to waste foods. But I didn't want to see that, unacceptable
