Comfort and convenience

Great choice for travelling to and from Casa Voyaguers. Location is not great but a small sacrifice for what is a very comfortable hotel stay.

If you are looking for an easy access stay to the airport and train station its a good choice. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and informative, theres a mall attached to the hotel which was convenient. You can catch a petite taxi easily to other city locations such as the the hasan 2 mosque which also has a larger mall 2 minutes away from it. and the hotel staff booked airport dedicated taxi for me for 4 am and Iam very grateful.

Good hotel in Casablanca

We are regular guests at the Relax hotels (oujda, kenitra, Casa ) to us Relax hotels are the best hotels in Morocco , they offer and gave us the best for the affordable prices, al are in great locations, we always feel like home as soon as we open the entrance door is like you are opening your house door, check in are always a pleasure, very smooth and please take, we had the check in at This hotel with Mr, Bader and he was very professional and friendly , greet us with a big smile and welcoming us home. For us relax will be our choice of hotel … keep it up and we will continúe coming back … thanks to all for give the best . We had been in very expensive hotels in Morocco and we haven’t felt this good in any of them.

Not the greatest experience

The location was pretty close to train station and also next to a mall. But I found the hotel to be a little unresponsive to my emails before I got there. When I got there, my hotel room didn't have shower towel and it was pretty noisy.

I just want to say thanks to the receptionist male ( Badr) this gentleman was amazing in his servis, very polite, caring, trying the best to help and sorting any request of the customers, also the man who delivering the staff evening forgot his name, I must say that all males gentelmen woh working in that hotel are very helpfull and doing the best, but unfortunately females are not on that level of providing service such in dealing with customers or dealing with customers requeste, especially those females on reception are not very helpfull. Cleaners are wonderfull I am very happy with their work. Heating was not very good cold rooms Iheard SAME from another customers. SINKS blocked most the time..
