"The place with character. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Fridge with water and beer plus coffee maker were a positive surprise. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast included in the price. The place was shutting down for refurbishment and it seemed to need some renovation work. However, it had positive vibes, interesting interior design and was conveniently located. I will want to come back to see it after refurbishment. "

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. "Very convenient for events at Olympia which is why we picked it. This was my second stay. Staff we very helpful and the location is good. The room was clean enough for a couple of days but could do with a good dusting. Bedding (and beds) need replacing and room needs TLC in places but you get what you pay for an no major issues.
