"early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended "

Also mentioned that call hotel operator for assistance because she did not want to get hurt when we push the trolly with luggages across the bridge back to terminal 4 -Heathrow Airport. "This was my 4th stay at this hotel. It is convenient to Heathrow airport and bus service to the airport is just across the road. I plan on booking again in December."

"Overall the stay was good.. rooms were nice and bathroom was good The hotel only had 2 lifts and 1 wasnt working, caused a lot of issues with waiting times and because its also small and slow, wasnt a great experience As for the parking, only 10mins is free. Which isnt very nice especially when you have visitors "

"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "
