It's a great location for the city, close to the Tube, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby too. The room was large, certainly comfortable, and effective air conditioning (it was a hot day). There is a good bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Completely automated check-in and out.

Room had aircon which was nice in the summer heat. We stayed in the comfy room which had a large king size bed. TV had YouTube app but it would not connect. There was a rainfall shower, however the pressure was very weak. The hairdryer kept overheating and stopping. Overall an average stay for one night.

Extremely comfy beds in a very quiet room (I requested this on special requests and was not disappointed!). Towels etc were super clean, good air con, nice bottle of water & good large bathroom. Coffee machine outside of room so did have to get dressed just to get a coffee but really not a problem. Handy it was self check in & out and we could leave luggage before & after our stay. Good location too near Aldgate East station & Tower Hill, not rough.
