We were upgraded to the executive floor. Room was spacious and clean. The food situation was a disappointment. Dinner in the restaurant was cold and we seemed to be forgotten by the staff. 1 hour 45 minutes to have a beer and a couple of appetizers. Room service breakfast lacked about the half of what we ordered because they were out of stock. Room was good though.

Location was very nice. Right on the river with a nice outdoor patio area. Parking was very convenient, with the attached garage. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool or other amenities since we were flying out early the next day. Our room was large and comfortable. Some of the furniture was worn and in need of attention. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant / bar area but the service we experienced there was poor at best. Server wasn't knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered and received our entrees within about 10 minutes, which is never a good sign. The food was not good at all. We ordered a simple dessert and, after waiting for 40 minutes, we had to give up and cancel it and ask for the check. Our server could not be found anywhere.
