"This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers."

"This hotel is amazing. We started there for 3 nights and visited many places in Rio such as Cristo Redentor and Pão de Açúcar.
The hotel helped us to get a taxi who helped us to go around Rio, and visited all the tourist places.
The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! Everything that you could imagine, including, fresh juices, fruits, cakes, breads, eggs, vaccines, yogurt and many more.
I will definitely stay here again!!"
"Our stay at the Hilton Copacabana was incredible. We loved the location on the beach. The staff were great and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The pools were heated to the perfect temperature, so we could relax comfortably. The breakfast was top notch and something I looked forward to every morning. 5 stars all around!!"

"I had an issue with dates when I first booked and hotels.com tried to resolve it by phone for me to no avail. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
