"We told the reception we’d be there at 12pm, when we got here doors were closed we had to buzz the reception. There was a parking charge. Not a big deal however was not made aware of it on the hotels.com website. The room and hotel are dated, there was no supper service on the night we stayed. Area was fairly quiet and breakfast was adequate. Not sure if the parking garage door was ever closed overnight, it was open when we went to bed and open in the morning. "Fantastic staff, hotel is pretty much what it says it is. 2 things to know: #1 there is no desk in the room and it's harder to work cross legged for hours at a time on my bed than it used to be. #2 after about 8pm homeless people sleep on the corner of the block. They're no bother, but it changed my feelings on the area. "

"This is an old building but the rooms are renovated and everything is new and clean. But what I liked most is how pleasant and helpful the staff have been at all times. Check in and out times are great plus the staff will do all they can to let you in if you arrive early. The location is perfect. "
