"Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and common areas very nice. Only comment is the dark bathroom/shower should have more light. The restaurant is great, with attentive service. The salmon dish I had was deliciously executed. Done just the way I asked. Crispy skin but not overcooked. I’d come back again. It was a recommendation from my sister who had stayed there before. Great location, situated near airport, cruise port and attractions."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend"
