"Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. "No information about how to access the building. There's no desk attendant or any staff there and the phone number given the choir that I call Expedia to get verification that I have a confirmation. I was outside on a cold rainy night trying to make phone calls to get in."

"First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours. "We were in the area visiting relatives and needed somewhere to stay the night which was reasonably priced, although it wasn't particularly cheap, it was convenient and clean, and the chap in reception was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home, all in all, it worked out well, we would stay again if the occasion arose."

"We were told on arrival that one shower wasn't draining properly so we didn't use this...hopefully this will be fixed as it left 6 of us to use 1 shower. Otherwise the house was lovely and comfortable."
