"Townhouse is well appointed and is located in a really nice area, walking distance to the Chill, biking distance to the beach ( about 25 minutes to the water ) just a few minute car ride from Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beach. Overall, great location! Just make sure to bring laundry detergent , dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "

"Great place to stay!! Only a couple of things which are minor, televisions in both bedrooms did not work properly and no ice maker in refrigerator. We get the ice maker, seems like they never work properly, but it should be in the listing. Otherwise , I wouldn't know why anyone wouldn't love to stay there. We plan on coming back."

"We had a blast spending the week here with our young kids and our friends! The pool is 2 seconds away on the golf cart and then the beach is a short beautiful 10 minute walk from there! The pool was not crowded and the private beach wasn’t either, perfect location! We’ll be back!"

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
