"Beautiful modern style inside the building an and about a 3 minute walk to the beach, can’t really ask for better for how much we paid. Simple check in, you just drive up and that’s it. This has been the easiest place to stay, no people involved. Also the beach is beautiful and the sand is so bright and white. Me and my fiancé loved it and will definitely be back next year! (Here’s the view you get from a 3 minute walk)"

"The condo was the perfect size for my teenager and I for spring break. We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was a quick drive to other areas on 30A. We would drive to the Santa Rosa public beach access but it was walkable. The only cons were you could hear the neighbors on the floor above us walking around and the lights flickered in the bathroom. There were no instructions for the T.V and remotes. I was trying to find a movie for my daughter and I to watch at night but face up trying...

"The bed in the master bedroom was lumpy, had very obvious intentions on each side where people typically sleep, it was also stiff and my husband barley slept the whole trip. Think it needs to be replaced. Literally everything besides that was great, plently of space, soft couch, full mesh wrapped balcony attached to the master suitecwith rocking chairs, nice to sit out there and just chat with the husband and not worry about bugs. "What an incredible hotel stay. From the minute we checked in to our departure the staff was welcoming, helpful & extremely professional. You can tell they love their jobs. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view from the balcony of the blue green water of the gulf. (4th floor) I highly recommend this hotel that had 3 heated pools. "

"What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
