"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect size for 11 adults. Overall, a great space, location, and sizable pool. A couple of annoyances: the pool alarm wouldn't stop going off when we first got there, the wifi was spotty, the oven didn't work, and the pool was very dirty. The house was surface-level clean, but the walls had markings all over them, the floors were dirty, and the light switches were gross. A couple of beds were questionably clean. It really could use a solid deep clean for future guests. However, Coastal Blue Vacations was wonderful to work with, and their communication is top-tier throughout our stay."

"The house is in a great location to walk to beach and a few food places. Beach was a 10! Th house was very clean, very cold AC, kitchen was well supplied and there is a washer dryer in unit. My only negatives were the king mattress was tired and needs replacing and the living room sofa was uncomfortable, but we spent very little time in the house. The pool across the street was great for a quick dip on the way back from the beach. There was parking for 2 cars and the neighborhood was quiet and safe."

"This is hands down the best home we’ve ever stayed in during a trip. The house itself is so nice and clean and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating and very quick to communicate with us! And to top it all off, being right next to the pool and (most importantly) minutes from the beach made this place amazing. We hope to come back soon!I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!"
