"What a great property. The property is 50/50 Laquinta and Hawthorne. Similar vibes but Hawthorne has extended say with 2 burner stove top mid size fridge with a freezer. This was just the spot I needed for the night."

"We stayed here 3 nights for the 2024 eclipse, it was really affordable, and met my expectations for a motel. The room was outdated with peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, wobbly chairs, and an AC that needed a new filter (the indicator light was lit), but none of these were a huge deal since the room was clean and we were only in the motel to sleep / eat. The included breakfast options were sparse, but also not a big deal since we brought non perishables and there were a few microwaves...

"Name your favorite actor! What fun and super clean cluster of charming rooms. I can’t say enough about this straightforward pleasant motel next to a classic drive in movie in a neighborhood setting. Simply conveniences are right down the street with grocery store, drug store, gas stations, donuts, pizza and, and a nice new McDs within walking distance. Great stay!!!"

"This hotel does not have the best reviews online. Nevertheless, our stay was a pleasant one. We visited for the eclipse, so the property was fully booked. They had extra staff and made an effort by handing out goodie bags including eclipse glasses. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Hopefully, this is a sign that the hotel is turning a corner. "

"Friendly staff, made everything perfect. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, pool and hot tub was exceptional, towels stocked. Comfortable beds. I even asked for a bag forour wet pool items and they were happy to help. Lobby has coffee and tea available at all hours. "
