"Room clean. Staff ok. Parking Valet. Beach view. This is a beach hotel and its suites cost over $500 per day. But, there is no complimentary service provided at the beach. And the rooms lack basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. The motors and machinery located on the roof run incessantly, generating a rumbling and droning noise that is nearly unbearable on the upper floors. Furthermore, the air conditioning units in the rooms—when switched on—are unfortunately audible from neighboring rooms, as they, too, rumble loudly. Regarding the fact that the pool is currently under renovation and therefore unavailable for use: Expedia should have had the courtesy to inform guests of this—in large red letters—before they even completed their reservations.
