"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"Excellent location and convenient to work around for shopping eating playing and across the street is the beach always beautiful especially at the sunset time. Enjoy so much while staying in Pattaya and if you feel bored, just go to walking Street and a lot activities there to see and enjoy With friends or local people. Thanks for reading. "Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.! "Close but not to close... a convenient 7-11 is located in every corner. Thai street vendors with pastries, fruits and meats. Taxi (motorbike) are ready to take you down to the beach or walking street (5-10min ride 70baht). At night the area is quiet and peaceful."

"Good location next to beach, and next to muscle factory gym. On street with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. There is sometimes a little bit of traffic noise on occasion in rooms facing the street, but not a problem. Some ants will visit the room, if food is left in the trashcan. I like the place, the pleasant husband and wife owners take good care of the property, the rooms have hardwood floors, hardwood furniture, and tiled bathroom. Air conditioning works well. Price is very good....

"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!"

"Works perfectly for a few hours' sleep and shower before going somewhere else. Steps from the beach on a busy street but not noisy once inside, friendly staff, 24-hour reception and a clean bed. Bathroom was clean enough and had hot water. The mattress was hard like wood, I couldn't do more than 1 night, but I would book again if passing by. "Front door, your’re right in the middle of the good spots, life 24/24 abd safe. Back door, where i have my balcony, quiet. No noise. No crowd, privacy and calm. Very quiet hostel and that’s what i needed."

"This area is NOT for light sleepers as it is in a nightlife district, however Pasadena is tucked in a back corner and is relatively quiet. It's no frills but clean and comfortable with amicable staff."
