"When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given. They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). "It could be more organised when comes to clean bedding and towels and making sure beds are clean for people to sleep in. Could do with new beds better and comfier pillows and bedding apart from that everything was fine."
