"Located in an alley not difficult to find though.
Staff were kind and it was a very convenient location lots of dining, shopping and activity around.
The room was exactly as described although the bathroom was a bit small everything else was great"

"A great place to stay. It is close by the lake, it has a pool and parking included. I also enjoyed the included breakfast they provided. There are Guatemalan and American dishes. Overall, a nice option to stay in."

"Hotel staff were lovely people, always greeted with kindness and providing any help needed. The room was clean, and the bed incredibly comfy. In a great location walking distance to everything nearby! Wish I had longer in San Juan to stay more time at this hotel. "
