"Stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. The family room was a great size for the 3 of us and the breakfast was excellent. It was a shame the main car park was full as we had to park in the overspill area which due to the rain was muddy and waterlogged with lots of deep puddles, not pleasant at all. Apart from that a great stay."

"Wonderful room with a view of the gardens, felt very luxurious, thank you, however, the stay was slightly let down by having prepaid for breakfast, then having to select an early breakfast time the following day due to event taking place. Due to the times available, the breakfast was missed."

"Welcome from the guy on the desk wasn’t very friendly. We were a little early arriving and before we tried to explain we wanted to leave our luggage and return, he just said “three o’clock”. Eventually he heard what we wanted to say but he really wasn’t friendly at all. After check in which was fine, the stay was very nice with a good breakfast, albeit the dining area was a bit a small. Nice and clean and in a good area for the city centre. "

"The room was ok. However, it is not suitable for us. There was no bedside table on my side and only 1 ft of space to allow me to get into bed . I therefore had to put my glasses on the floor!!!. Couldn't run the risk of of placing a glass of water also. Not at all suitable for anyone who is not agile or mobile. "
