3 Star Hotels in Avsallar, Alanya

"Charges extra for aircondition. Old and dirty hotell, floor is sticky and halls smell like cat pee. Toilet brush looks to be 15 years old. But at the low price at 15 euro a night, I didn't complain. Wi-fi signal was also bad. Owner seems to don't care too much."

"Hotel was in perfect location, near beach and mainroad! Still peacefull street, only mosque was right next to hotel making sound 5 times/day really loudly. Staff was so kind, helpfull :) Rooms were okay, balcony quite small but considering the price defenetly worth it! Foods were delish, lunch maybe not so great but food is food, and again the price!! "This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. From the second we stepped into the hotel, the additional charges were starting. We opted for the Double single bedroom however we went to the room and we were given a standard double bedroom for 2 people. We went to complain to the front of house and they said the only way to alter this is by paying an additional 300 Turkish Lira on top of what we paid. We then received the WIFI password but this was no use as the wifi was awful, you can't...

"We only slept at the hotel,breakfast the 1st morning.Single duvet cover to be used as sheet.Curtains hanging off the rail.Paint peeling off the wall.Towels were not replaced when taken,had to ask for toilet roll.Only 1 electric point for the tv.No light bulb in the doorway. Alanya was a great place for the beach,the walks.Just the hotel was very dissapointing.Will go again but our stay will be at another hotel. The night staff was very pleasant & very helpful."

"Great service ... nice pool, nice beach, good food. An improvement/suggestion is to change the the ice cream serving hours from12-18 to 10-17. This helps the parents and avoids the fight with the kids to not take ice creams just before lunch and dinner :)"

"Merkezde olduğu için otopark sorunu olabiliyor. Otel Kleopatra plajında bulunuyor. Kendine ait plajı var. Şezlong ve şemsiye ücretli. Ağustos 2023’te 2 şezlong, 1 şemsiye 90₺ idi. Yarım pansiyon konseptinde. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açık büfe. Yemekleri lezzetli. İçecekler ücretli. Odalar biraz dar ancak yeterli. Tuvalet-banyo kısmının havalandırmasından yüksek şekilde motor sesi geliyor. Belki bizim oda öyleydi bilemiyorum? Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar biraz daha güler yüzlü ve ilgili olsalar daha...

"The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Garbage piled up instead of beach bar. Dirty dishes with food leftovers in piles, left in the restaurant from day before. Food disgusting, breakfast was left-overs from dinner day before. Staff smoking in kitchen. Broken furniture. Broken plates and paper cups. All inclusive bar a joke, with warm bear served from pet bottles. Towels with stains of blood presented as clean towels. Very poor room cleaning. Unfriendly staff. Broken lights in the corridor....

"We couldn't do check in, we called by phone that we are coming. We been asked don't come because there is no any reservation on your name. Unfortunately we did wait until 10 pm. After we have been sent different wasa block. Following day I asked why you didn't let us check in. He was looking me and saying nothing no even apology. "Hotel was at very good location just walk away the beach, only the problem room doesn't have a refrigerator. Why do I have to walk the pub to grab some cold drinks? I stay 3 night only 2 bottle water they give it to me, if you go bar and ask cold drinks they bring it hot same like a tea and coffee offering some ice in a Cup, terrible not even 2 star, hotel just for Russian maybe they will like it not sure but foe American sorry 0 star"

"Hotel was in die Jahre genommen ist, viele Beschädigungen, alles sehr veraltet, Zimmer für zwei Erwachsenen und ein Kind sehr klein, drittes Bett ein Klappbett, im Hochsommer für drei Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Sauberkeit war okay ist aber auch verbesserungswürdig, genauso wie die Freundlichkeit des Personals (außer die Köchin die morgens Omlett und spiegelei zubereitet- sehr nett!)"
